Whether upstream or downstream, Dresser’s unique manufacturing capabilities and engineering expertise provide truly "cost-effective" modular station sets while significantly reducing installation costs, material costs and eliminating labor costs associated with field welding, pipe cutting, beveling, threading, coating and testing. All Dresser FloSystems stations are custom-built to customer specifications and manufactured by our API-1104 and ASME Section IX certified welders. Flange fittings, tubing, valves, meters and regulators are all-inclusive and CAD drawings provided for customer approval. In addition, Dresser engineers use 3-D computer modeling and analysis software permitting the customer to review their entire station design for potential component interference, clearance and misalignment issues prior to manufacturing. From concept to delivery, the Dresser engineering team partners with you through all aspects of the project with on-site visits and consultations during various stages
of the manufacturing process. To ensure a trouble free installation, complete radiographic and hydrostatic testing is performed at the factory prior to shipment.
